Goal: Develop an internal SEO management tool tailored to the high complexity of Galeries Lafayette’s offering, which includes a vast, constantly evolving catalog structured around numerous brands, categories, and seasonal collections. This tool will automate key SEO tasks (meta tags, redirects, internal linking), provide customized analysis based on business needs, and enhance coordination across internal teams.
Description: Victor and I had complete freedom in designing the product’s architecture. We chose a Vue.js-based frontend, a backend structured as Java microservices, and an intermediate BFF (Backend for Frontend) layer built with NestJS.
