Software engineer / data engineer

Duration: 2019-02 - 2018-08 (6 months)

Goal: Within the windshield R&D department at the manufacturing site, I implemented a data acquisition system aimed at automating the creation of heating recipes for glass forming furnaces.

Description: Initially, all data were manually stored in individual .bomba files, each created based on the engineers’ expertise. I first developed a database and built extraction scripts to parse these files and populate the database with their content. Then, I designed an application to enable the entry and management of new recipes directly within the database.
