The web dev
For me, development is much more than coding: it's about building useful, sustainable and scalable solutions as part of a team. With experience, I've learned to appreciate the richness and diversity of the technical challenges of web development: performance, security, scalability, accessibility... Each project is a new opportunity to progress, collaborate and add value.
I particularly enjoy working in an agile environment. The interaction with teams, exchanges with stakeholders, co-construction of business needs and regular monitoring of product evolution: all this gives meaning to my work. Being an active member of a close-knit team changes everything.
And then there are the code reviews. It's a moment I really enjoy: understanding my colleagues' choices, learning from their approach, suggesting improvements, detecting inconsistencies or bugs... It's a job of analysis, precision and curiosity. Above all, it's a powerful lever for guaranteeing the quality of the code and the health of the application.

The front-end dev
The front-end is where technology meets user experience. It's about making things visible, fluid, accessible, alive. I love this meeting point between code and people.
What fascinates me about front-end development is the ability to create elegant, high-performance and intuitive interfaces. Designing a fluid experience, thinking about micro-interactions, optimizing every detail to make the end-user feel at ease. It's a real challenge, and I love it.
But front-end design isn't just about pixel work. It's also about making solid technical choices, thinking about maintainability, performance and accessibility. It means structuring clean, coherent, scalable code. And of course, it means working closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers and POs, to transform a vision into a concrete, successful experience.
